WHY SRI LANKA?
Oh boy, where do we start? This island is dripping in history, exploding with culture, and has more jaw-dropping scenery than you can shake a storyboard at. From golden beaches to misty highlands, colonial relics to ancient ruins – Sri Lanka is a director’s cinematic dream! But wait, it gets better. Despite all that cinematic gold, this island still flies under the radar.
1) Budgets stretch like well-worn yoga pants
2) Crews and talent are skilled, adaptable, and genuinely lovely humans
3) Getting around is a breeze (unless you get stuck behind a cow, but hey – character!)
4) And the locations? The possibilities are endless. Seriously.
